Arthritis And Cancer Causing Foods to Avoid

1. Processed Meat


Processed meat has both added and natural chemicals including preservatives, artificial ingredients,

Foods that are baked or made with white flour like bread, rolls, crackers have high refined carbohydrates in
them. When the bran and germ of the grains are removed, it loses most of its nutrients leaving behind
substance with refined carbohydrates.

These refined carbohydrates produce inflammation and
pro-inflammation compounds that worsen arthritis. Lack of any nutrition in refined carbohydrates leads to
an increase in substances that cause inflammation. You need to limit or avoid such foods if you are suffering
from arthritis.

You can switch over to whole grain cereals, brown rice, and whole-wheat products
Refined carbohydrates have low nutrients and fibers. These cause inflammation which leads to obesity in

DNA mutation causes the production of protein which may cause cancer. You need to take foods
that have good carbohydrates and rich in nutrients.

3. Hydrogenated Oils


Hydrogenated oil is chemically altered vegetable oil by adding hydrogen which causes the oil to remain in
solid and semi-solid form.

These hydrogenated oils result in trans fat which serves to increase the
inflammation in your body. Inflammation leads to the risk of cancers, arthritis, diabetes, heart diseases. These
trans fats are the worse type of fats that has omega-6 fats which can alter the structure of your cell
membranes and lead to cancer
Trans fats make the oil to remain solid like wax and make the processed and packed foods to last long in
their shelf life.

It also alters the balance between good and bad cholesterols in your body when you eat these
foods with hydrogenated oils. Altering the fine balance of cholesterol leads to diseases like cancer, diabetes
and heart diseases.
