A typical serving size is a half-cup, which is very small and it is very hard to only consume half a cup of ice cream. Another obvious food you are taught to stay away from when on a diet, french fries can be deadly to your dietary habits. Another food which is difficult to control in portion size, french fries have everything you are trying to avoid when on a diet.
They are high in calories, carbs, and fat while having a very low protein total. This means you don’t get a full feeling from eating them and can easily add 300 to 400 calories as well as over 30 grams of carbs and 15 grams of fat. Whenever possible, go for another side.
3. Peanut Butter
This is a controversial food to include, as many diets use this as a good source of fats. However, peanut butter servings come in a very small serving size. The typical serving size is two tablespoons, and in those two tablespoons, there is typically around 200 calories and 16 grams of fat.
It can be easy to consume two or three servings, which can turn to 400 to 600 calories and almost 50 grams of fat. The key here is limiting the quantity if you are going to consume it.
