4. Canola and Soybean Oil
Most restaurants and processed foods use cheap seed oils like canola, soybean, and corn oil. These oils are extremely high in Omega-6 fatty acids. While you need a tiny amount of Omega-6, the massive doses found in modern diets throw your body into a state of chronic, low-grade inflammation, making your joints feel permanently stiff.
5. Margarine and “Fake” Butters
For years we were told to swap real butter for margarine. It was a terrible mistake. Margarine is highly processed and packed with advanced glycation end products (AGEs). These toxic compounds actively accelerate the aging process of your cells, leaving your joints feeling dry and brittle.
6. Store-Bought Salad Dressings
You order a salad to be healthy, but then cover it in bottled dressing. To make these dressings last for months on a shelf, manufacturers load them with preservatives, hidden sodium, and those same inflammatory seed oils.
